Walking tour

Enjoy a walking tour of Rome and see its most symbolic sights with our professional guide. Departure from your hotel to the Spanish Steps, dominated by the Church of “Trinità dei Monti” then proceed to the famous Trevi Fountain. Tradition narrates that if you throw a coin over your shoulder into the fountain, you will return to Rome. Continue to the Pantheon, built in honor to all the pagan gods in Ancient Rome. It is considered the largest brick dome in the history of architecture and the forerunner of all modern places of worship. The tour ends at “Piazza Navona” built on the ruins of the Stadium of Domitian, adorned by Bernini’s Fountain of Four Rivers. During the tour, your tour guide will take you to taste some local Roman snacks: a cappuccino or espresso in a heritage ancient cafeteria and some freshly prepared chocolate in a traditional sweet shop. Enjoy an evening tour to the Vatican Museums, one of the world’s largest museum complexes, 2,000 rooms and over 65,000 works of art that stretch for nearly 9 miles (15 km) inside the Vatican City. The tour starts from your hotel, skipping the line with your small group of no more than 12 people. Strolling along the corridors to admire the world’s largest private art collection, once intended exclusively for the Pope. Through Raphael’s Rooms, four interconnecting chambers adorned with paintings by Raphael and his pupils, you will reach the beautiful breathtaking Sistine Chapel, considered the Holy Chapel of the Pope, to admire one of the most sacred sites of the Vatican where you will have the occasion to appreciate Michelangelo’s amazing frescoes (“The Creation of the world” and the “Last Judgment”) and other works painted by famous artists such as Perugino, Botticelli and Ghirlandaio, just to mention the most well-known.
